Question 10

How can I check cab and fare details for a particular route?

Accepted Answer

Open the route card on this page or search from the homepage with pickup city, drop city, travel date, and trip type. You will see available vehicle categories, indicative starting fares, distance, and inclusions before you confirm contact details and payment on booking confirmation.

Question 11

What payment options are available for outstation cab bookings?

Accepted Answer

You can pay online through secure gateways, use part-payment plans on supported bookings, or choose pay-later options where permitted. Digital payments help with faster confirmation; cash settlement with the driver may be available on selected plans shown at checkout.

Question 12

I cannot select a vehicle, date, or route. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Refresh the page, clear cached search parameters, and try again with valid city names. If the issue continues, contact customer support with a screenshot of the search form and the route URL so the team can verify availability and pricing for that corridor.

Question 13

Can I cancel after booking an outstation cab?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation is allowed according to the policy shown at booking time. Refundable amounts depend on how close you are to pickup and the route type. The applicable credit or refund timeline is shared in your booking confirmation and support channels.

Question 14

What if I lose my booking confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Your confirmation is stored against your mobile number and email. Sign in to your account or contact support with the booking reference to receive the itinerary again. You can also reopen the confirmation link from SMS or email if it was shared at checkout.

Question 15

Are there extra charges when I book cabs online?

Accepted Answer

Quoted fares on popular routes include the components listed on the route page, such as base fare, driver allowance, and applicable taxes where shown. Tolls, parking, or state permits may apply on certain highways and are communicated in the fare breakup or route notes.

Question 16

I applied an offer but did not see the benefit. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check that the promotion was active for your travel date and vehicle category. If the offer was applied successfully, benefits may appear as a discount on the fare or as a post-booking credit according to campaign rules. Share your booking ID with support for a quick review.

Question 17

Money was debited but the booking did not complete. What happens next?

Accepted Answer

Failed or duplicate transactions are reversed automatically in most cases. If the amount is not reflected within the stated window, contact support with the payment reference, route, and travel date so the team can reconcile the transaction and confirm your trip.

Question 18

Why is my card, UPI, or net banking payment failing?

Accepted Answer

Payments can fail because of bank limits, OTP timeouts, or network issues. Try another method, ensure sufficient balance, and confirm that international or e-commerce limits are enabled on your instrument. Support can help if a specific gateway error repeats.

Question 19

When will I receive a refund for a failed or cancelled booking?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are initiated after cancellation or payment reconciliation is approved. Depending on your bank or wallet, the amount may take a few business days to appear. You will receive status updates on the registered contact details when the refund is processed.
