- Wherever a paid add-on cannot be fulfilled by TejasFleets Car Rental, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and maintaining proper conduct throughout the journey.
- Any misuse, damage, or policy violation may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.
- The decision of TejasFleets Car Rental regarding operational feasibility and service delivery shall be final.
