Local Car Rental Terms and Conditions

2.1 Local Travel Includes:

• Point-to-point transfers within city limits
• Hourly rental packages (4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours)
• Day rental services with multiple stops
• Local sightseeing and city tours
• Business meetings and conference travel
• Shopping trips and leisure activities

2.2 Service Area:

Local service applies to trips within 80 kilometers from pickup location or within municipal corporation limits, whichever is applicable for the specific city.

3.1 Advance Booking:

• Immediate booking available subject to vehicle availability
• 2-4 hours advance booking recommended for guaranteed service
• Same-day booking surcharge may apply during peak hours
• Festival and special event days require advance booking

3.2 Service Hours:

• 24/7 service available for point-to-point transfers
• Hourly packages: Available 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Night service charges: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (+25% surcharge)
• Early morning pickup: Before 6:00 AM (+10% surcharge)

4.1 Hourly Packages:

• 4 Hours / 40 KM package: Minimum billing unit
• 8 Hours / 80 KM package: Most popular for full-day use
• 12 Hours / 120 KM package: Extended day usage
• Extra hours charged at hourly rates beyond package limits
• Extra kilometers charged at per-km rates beyond package limits

4.2 Point-to-Point Pricing:

• Distance-based pricing with minimum charge applicable
• Waiting time: First 15 minutes free, then charged per hour
• Round trip discount: 15% off on return journey
• Multiple stops: ₹50-100 per additional stop

5.1 Payment Methods:

• Cash payment to driver upon trip completion
• Online payment via UPI, cards, and digital wallets
• Corporate billing available for registered businesses
• Advance payment required for premium vehicle categories

5.2 Billing and Extras:

• Toll and parking charges borne by customer
• Fuel included in hourly and point-to-point packages
• Driver allowance included for trips within service hours
• GST applicable as per government regulations

6.1 Trip Execution:

• Driver arrival time: 5-15 minutes before scheduled pickup
• Waiting time at pickup: Maximum 15 minutes free
• Route optimization based on traffic conditions
• Multiple pickup/drop points within package limits

6.2 Vehicle and Passenger Guidelines:

• Maximum passenger capacity as per vehicle registration
• Child safety seats available on request (additional charge)
• Air conditioning included in all vehicle categories
• Luggage space limited to vehicle trunk capacity

7.1 Cancellation Charges:

• More than 1 hour before pickup: Free cancellation
• 30-60 minutes before pickup: 25% of trip value
• Less than 30 minutes or no-show: 50% of trip value
• After trip commencement: Full trip charges apply

7.2 Trip Modifications:

• Destination changes: Subject to distance-based pricing
