Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

2.1 Service Types:

• Airport pickup: From arrival terminals to destination
• Airport drop-off: From pickup location to departure terminals
• Airport-to-airport transfers between different airports
• Terminal-to-terminal transfers within same airport complex
• Hotel-to-airport and airport-to-hotel transfers
• Group transfers for families and corporate teams

2.2 Covered Airports:

Services available at all major airports including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and regional airports. International and domestic terminal services included.

3.1 Required Information:

• Flight number, airline, and scheduled arrival/departure time
• Terminal information (domestic/international)
• Number of passengers and luggage details
• Contact number accessible during travel
• Special requirements (wheelchair access, child seats, etc.)

3.2 Advance Booking:

• Minimum 2 hours advance booking for airport transfers
• 24 hours recommended for international flight transfers
• Peak season bookings: 48-72 hours in advance
• Same-day bookings subject to availability and surcharge

4.1 Flight Monitoring:

• Real-time flight tracking for all scheduled pickups
• Automatic adjustment of pickup time for flight delays
• Driver notification system for flight status changes
• Customer SMS/email alerts for driver assignment and arrival

4.2 Delay and Cancellation Policy:

• Flight delays up to 4 hours: No additional charges
• Delays exceeding 4 hours: Waiting charges apply (₹100-200/hour)
• Flight cancellations: Full refund if cancelled before driver dispatch
• Early arrivals: Driver contacted for advance pickup when possible

5.1 Airport Pickup:

• Driver waits at designated pickup point (arrivals hall/parking)
• Complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for international, 30 minutes for domestic
• Chauffeur service with name board available (premium vehicles)
• Meet and greet service at arrival gate (additional charges apply)
• Assistance with luggage included in service

5.2 Airport Drop-off:

• Pickup timing: 2-3 hours before domestic, 3-4 hours before international flights
• Direct drop-off at departure terminal
• Assistance with luggage to terminal entrance
• Confirmation call/SMS sent after successful drop-off

6.1 Luggage Allowance:

• Sedan: 2 large suitcases + 2 cabin bags
• SUV/Innova: 4 large suitcases + 4 cabin bags
• Tempo Traveller: Up to 12-15 suitcases based on size
• Excess luggage: Additional vehicle arrangement possible
• Fragile items: Customer responsibility, special handling available

6.2 Passenger Capacity:

• Strict adherence to vehicle seating capacity
• Child seats available on request (24 hours advance notice)
• Infant travel: Free up to 2 years (on lap)
• Group bookings: Multiple vehicle arrangement available

7.1 Pricing Structure:

• Fixed pricing based on pickup/drop-off locations
• Distance-based pricing for long-distance airport transfers
• No surge pricing during peak hours or weather conditions
• Group discounts available for multiple vehicles
• Corporate rates available for business accounts

7.2 Additional Charges:

• Airport parking fees included in quoted price
• Toll charges included for standard airport routes
• Waiting charges beyond complimentary time
• Premium vehicle surcharge: 25-50% above standard rates
• Night service charges: 10 PM - 6 AM (+25%)

8.1 Cancellation Charges:

• More than 4 hours before pickup: Free cancellation
• 2-4 hours before pickup: 25% of total amount
• 1-2 hours before pickup: 50% of total amount
• Less than 1 hour or no-show: 100% of total amount

8.2 Flight Rescheduling:

• Same-day flight changes: Free modification subject to availability
• Date changes: Treated as new booking with existing rates
• Route changes: Price differential may apply
• Passenger count changes: 4 hours advance notice required

9.1 Vehicle Safety:

• All vehicles equipped with GPS tracking and communication systems
• Regular vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
• Commercial insurance coverage for passengers and luggage
• Emergency contact information readily available

9.2 Driver Standards:

• Police verification and background checks completed
• Airport route training and terminal familiarity
• Professional appearance and customer service training

10.1 Accessibility Services:
