Outstation Car Rental Terms and Conditions

2.1 Outstation Travel Includes:

• Intercity travel (one-way trips between cities)
• Round-trip journeys with overnight stays
• Multi-city tour packages
• Religious pilgrimage trips (Shirdi, Tirupati, etc.)
• Hill station and tourist destination travel
• Airport transfers to distant cities

2.2 Distance Criteria:

Outstation service applies to trips exceeding 80 kilometers one-way from the pickup location or any journey requiring overnight stay regardless of distance.

3.1 Advance Booking:

• Minimum 6 hours advance booking required for outstation trips
• 24-48 hours advance booking recommended for peak seasons
• Festival seasons require 3-7 days advance booking
• Custom packages require 24-72 hours for confirmation

3.2 Booking Confirmation:

• Booking confirmed only after advance payment receipt
• Driver and vehicle details provided 2-4 hours before departure
• Route and timing modifications subject to availability

4.1 Pricing Structure:

• Pricing based on total kilometers, vehicle type, and trip duration
• Night charges applicable for travel between 10 PM - 6 AM
• Hill station charges apply for destinations above 1000 meters elevation
• Toll taxes, parking fees, and inter-state permits included in quote
• Driver allowance for overnight stays: ₹300-500 per night

4.2 Payment Schedule:

• 25-50% advance payment required for booking confirmation
• Balance payment due before trip commencement
• Multi-day tours: 50% advance, balance after completion
• Corporate bookings: Credit terms available with agreement

5.1 Departure and Route:

• Departure time tolerance: ±15 minutes from scheduled time
• Route deviations require prior approval and may incur additional charges
• Multiple pickup/drop locations subject to route feasibility
• Rest stops provided every 2-3 hours for long journeys

5.2 Driver Guidelines:

• Experienced drivers assigned for outstation trips
• Driver duty time: Maximum 10-12 hours per day
• Night driving restrictions: Case-by-case evaluation
• Local knowledge of destination routes and attractions

6.1 Cancellation Charges:

• More than 24 hours before departure: 25% of total amount
• 12-24 hours before departure: 50% of total amount
• 6-12 hours before departure: 75% of total amount
• Less than 6 hours or no-show: 100% of total amount

6.2 Trip Modifications:

• Date/time changes subject to vehicle availability
• Route extensions charged at prevailing rates
• Passenger count changes require 24-hour notice
• Vehicle upgrade/downgrade subject to rate differential

7.1 Weather and Road Conditions:

• Trips may be delayed/cancelled due to severe weather conditions
• Hill station travel restricted during monsoons or landslide warnings
• Route diversions due to road closures included without additional charge

7.2 Vehicle and Safety:

• All vehicles equipped with GPS tracking and emergency communication
• First aid kit and emergency contact information provided
• Vehicle breakdown: Replacement arranged within 2-4 hours
• Travel insurance recommended for long-distance journeys
